Dogs have always been an integral part of my life - I grew up with Shiba Inus, and my venture into working with animals began early with volunteering at a local Humane Society starting at 13yrs old. I had an early passion for training & understanding dog behavior, and this has not faltered throughout the years - I now have over a decade of experience in the animal industry under my belt.

For a time, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to shows as prestigious as Westminster, as a junior and later assistant to a professional AKC handler, before shifting to my current occupation of professional grooming - it's truly a pleasure to work in a field that allows for artisty and canine behavior to overlap.

Additionally, we compete in conformation and a variety of sports! I like to dabble in anything that I think the dogs might enjoy - currently, we participate in Lure Coursing, Straight Racing, Rally-Obedience, & Barnhunt.
